Nutritional Overview/Initial
This nutritional consult includes the BB Self Assessment Worksheet, the BB Getting Started Manual, and the BB Quick Start Reference Manual for the nutritional regime of your choice. This is a "keys to success" manual with calculations, tips for tough times, food lists, food logs, reference websites and favorite brands, and so much more!
We will take photos for the before, and utilize the Alignabod for postural alignments. We also have several weight and body fat measurement options available to you for reference markers. You will be given a packet of materials and "real life" knowledge for your success when leaving.
Market Sweep
We are going to market! You will learn how to shop from your list for the freshest ingredients at the best cost, reading labels for the hidden dangers of additives and sugars being called other names, favorite brands from the resource list, and more!
The grocery can be a dangerous place when you are beginning a new nutrition lifestyle and learning these skills GREATLY increase your rate of success. Virtual appointments now available.

Pantry Purge
This is a virtual house call! We will go through your pantries and storages to organize how you access your food. This becomes especially important when partners and family members are on different food regimes.
I have a system for you to protect yourself from the dangers of snacking, bingeing, and grabbing the foods that are not on your plan.
This is also instrumental in learning about what you eat now and may not recognize as a non-nutritional food. Many items that are marketed today are promoted as being healthy and will actually sabotage all of your efforts. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions that are real life to help you succeed. It is your time, with an in-house visit to set yourself up for success!

Nutritional Follow up
As a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Health Coach I like to review your goals and current behaviors together. We will check measurements, body fat, AlignaBod for postural progress, as well as discuss challenges surrounding your action plan.
Nutritional Pep Me Up
This is your nutritional check-in. It is a great add on and part of routine maintenance. We all need a little review of what went wrong for us, what could we adjust with our exercise plan or how did we get off track? Or maybe we need to brag! A great pick me up!
Private Training
Bespoke training is the ultimate one on one experience to tailor your exercise plan to deliver the results you desire for your body. You are able to discuss past exercise history and current goals to tailor the exercises targeting muscle groups that you want to access or deemphasize. We will combine cardio and strength training as appropriate. I also ensure clients have tools they can access at home and while traveling to continue their progress. A trainer at Bespoke Body helps the client become "fitness independent" and set for long term success.
